About the Author (That's me)

"The sheer joy of making things... the fascination of fashioning complex puzzle-like objects of interlocking moving parts and watching them work in subtle cycles... the delight of working in such a tractable medium. The programmer, like the poet, works only slightly removed from pure thought-stuff. He builds his castles in the air, from air, creating by exertion of the imagination. -- Frederick P. Brooks, "The Mythical Man-Month", 1972

I've never been far from a bag of random electronics bits. I (and anyone that has known me) understood that I was destined to be an engineer from a young age. Making things is what gets me out of bed every morning.

I've flirted with every field of engineering there is, but I've always returned to Software. No other field allows one to work with the raw thought stuff as building blocks for something practical.

That doesn't mean I only work on Software, but it does mean it will be the primary focus in the blog though

I'm not sure what else to say. Check out the blog already!
